About HBCU 2.0
HBCU 2.0 is a Masterclass Platform designed to unify all Historically Black College & University Students, Staff, Supporters, Alums, and Grads in one place! A make-up of Givers, Grinders, and Greats who have the heartbeat of Black Acceleration, Black Exaltation, and Black Excellence! These individuals, groups, and communities—give of their time, mind and monies for the benefit of local as well as global movement towards generations of Black Empowerment. They are also grinders, those who work hard often early and late hours to supply people in their world a better life! HBCU Grad or not, they're often churning & turning things around without getting enough credit—but yet, working their way to the top in a #2 position while being forced to do all of #1's work to make them (#1) look good. Sometimes, knowing they must start their own business and/or organization just to get the credit they deserve; to get the payoff they've always wanted; and provide other minorities who have similar challenges the means to never experience some of the same disappointments they have. Upon starting their own business/organization, they’ll be able to create a funneling effect/foundation for blacks to be perpetually hired, professionally recognized, and properly paid for their services. This type of person is truly one of our grinding "Greats!" Who like Harriet Tubman, whom created a way for our ancestors to be set free, they (HBCU Greats) create jobs & business opportunities for setting blacks free from worrying about their daily responsibilities in taking care of themselves, their families and community. Lastly, Greats—invest into themselves, their families, their school, their church, and their community because like Martin Luther King Jr., who widened the path for us to have greater equality for living our dreams; HBCU Greats—typically invest in opportunities that blaze the trail and widen the path for blacks to live our dreams freely, so we give unto one another consistently, and have our black dreams flourish permanently!
